For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.
So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
I have begun a journey as the Discipleship Coordinator for Classis Arizona (Southwest Region) The Christian Reformed Church.
This is partially a follow-up position to The Village Conference 2017: Encouraging Discipling Communities. At this conference, we explored a relational understanding of the Gospel, worship, and discipleship. We envisioned together transformations that may be brought into the broader community of believers and pre-believers. We opened a longing in our Classis to find ways to continue to encourage one another on this path.
This site will be a place for forums, resources, and encouragement as we in Classis Arizona consider the implications of the Gospel in everyday life.
Thanks for joining me!
